Cellulite myth busted!! So, 90% of women have it and none of us love it, AT ALL I must say! It’s a nightmare actually and more than a BILLION dollars industry per year globally! Temporary ‘solutions’ like lotions, cremes, enzymes injections, pills and all kinds of procedures. I know, cause I've tried most of them too...sadly nothing works!
Active women have it, juicy women have it, skinny women have it, young or old, tall or short, supermodels even babies have it. The general and widely accepted approach is that cellulite is some sort of fat issue..I have been conditioned to believe that for years as well.
Cellulite has even been labelled as a medical condition! Yes, you have read that correctly! A MEDICALLY Diagnosed CONDITION! That is far away for the truth.. the problem is that fat is not the problem. In fact, there is no chemical difference between the fat cells where you see cellulite and the fat in any other area of the human body. So, if it’s not a fat issue what does give us dimples and bumps??
It’s called Fascia and it’s the connective tissue that surrounds the fat. If you have sticky and or tight fascia you are either in pain (in this case fascia surrounds muscles or organs) or cellulite ( in this case fascia surrounds the fat cells). Fascia is the most understudied sensory organ of the human body and it affects our whole body and it’s systems.
So, either you want to get rid of pain or cellulite I got you covered 😉
