At least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment is greatly appreciated by both us and other clients.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment. As a courtesy to all our clients, treatments will be completed as scheduled.
Salon Etiquette
To ensure all our guests enjoy a tranquil experience we request that noise be kept to minimum and mobile phones be turned to silent.
Parents, to ensure you can fully relax and enjoy your time at elysium, we ask that alternative childcare arrangements be made for any treatment.
